The Bootmaker’s Shop is located in the historical building The Bootmakers and Saddlery Shop where the infamous altercation between Ned Kelly and the police took place. Robert King the bootmaker stopped Ned Kelly from escaping the long arm of the law, this started a ruckus that later was to be played out at the shootings at Stringybark Creek.
