The Farmer's Table is a seasonal long lunch series held at Dunmore Farm, a lovingly restored 19th-century property in north-east Victoria.

Set inside the farm's shearing shed, guests are invited to gather around the long table for a winter fireside feast celebrating local produce, slow cooking and community.

The menu is curated by chef Paul Koulis of Pavlos and cooked over flame, paired with local wines and served in a setting styled with fresh, seasonal foliage.

Each edition brings together thoughtful food, soulful storytelling and warm hospitality. It has been designed to honour the land, the makers and the quiet joy of shared connection.

From slow-cooked lamb to fresh garden greens and tiramisu tart with Emme Mac Black coffee, this is a regional dining experience that reflects the beauty of season and place.
