Capturing the essence of the terroir, Crystal Gin bears the quintessential flavours of its surroundings with 14 botanicals including traditional juniper and Australian liquorice root, star anise and lemon myrtle. Choose from Original or One Week Infused Crystal Gin for an added depth of flavour.
Pam and Barry Saunders first planted vines here in 2000 and focused on the varietals for which the nearby Strathbogie Wine Region is renowned: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz. In 2016, winemaker Luis Simian joined the family at Kooyonga Creek Wines, bringing in grapes from a local vineyard to make the Castle Hill Road Chardonnay, introducing Rosé and replacing Merlot with Tempranillo.
